Domestic
Grocery Shopping - No more queuing with 500 other commuters on a friday night for your groceries.
Dog walking – One-off walks through to regular "walkies" can be arranged.
Errands – Dry-cleaning, parcel collections, repairs, feeding pets, plant care.
Home Organisation – Seraphim believes that having your collections in order is the first step to true happiness!! We can get your books, CDs, DVDs and even the folders on your PC organised so next time you look for something it takes two minutes, not two days.
Clutter clearance – We can sell on unwanted items for you through e-bay, specialist auctions or by organising your very own garage sale.
Key holding – We can provide regular assistance in your home, be present for deliveries and/or collections and keep your spare keys for peace of mind.
Leisure
Travel bookings – Whether you need a train ticket to Brighton, or a two-month tour of South East Asia with full itinerary scheduled, we can help.
Entertainment bookings – Dinner reservations, concert tickets, beauty appointments.
Personal shopping – Wardrobe assistance, special occasion shopping,returns and exchanges.
Home & Garden
Outsourcing staff – Getting quotes and scheduling appointments for landscapers, cleaners, plumbers, electricians, roofers and more.
Overseeing work – Leave a to-do list for us, so while we keep the tradesmen working, we can be too.
House sitting – Daily check-ups, plant care, pet sitting, re-stocking the fridge.
Office
Secretarial / PA – Temporary cover at your office should your regular PA be absent.
Home Office – Administrative support; correspondence, bill payments, filing, PC assistance, diary management, phone calls, virtual assistance.
Basic PC Training – Providing technical knowledge for you and your family. Seraphim can set up home computers, install software and peripherals and teach the basics for Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer.
Other
Gift shopping – Finding, wrapping and even delivering the perfect gift.
Reminder Service – Standard service: up to 15 reminders per month. Executive service: unlimited reminders per month, plus unlimited ‘snooze button’ reminders.
Research – Let us find the best price for your new laptop, PDA, sofa, family holiday and more.
Relocation Service – …and other projects. Just let us know what you need.

One-off services
If you’re suddenly over-run and need us for a one-off task we charge:
£24/hour for office based work
£30/hour for services on location

Standard - £6 / month
Executive - £12 / month
